Author Biography

Laura Ordoñez, UNICA

Nutritionist and biologist with more than ten years of experience in sports and infant nutrition. She currently works independently, serves as the nutritionist at a Kindergarten, and is the nutritional coach for Adidas Runners Bogotá. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Education, focusing on nutritional  education and learning processes.
