Usabilidad, accesibilidad y satisfacción con el sitio web TeiA desde la percepción de familiares de niños con enfermedades neuromusculares

Resumen

El sitio web TeiA surgió para facilitar el acceso a ayudas técnicas en desuso y divulgar información sobre tecnología de asistencia en Brasil. El objetivo del estudio fue describir la usabilidad, accesibilidad y satisfacción con este sitio, según la percepción de familiares de niños y niñas con enfermedades neuromusculares. Es un estudio exploratorio, descriptivo y cuantitativo. Los familiares respondieron a la versión integrada y adaptada de la System Usability Scale y la Accessible Usability Scale, y al Índice de Satisfacción del Cliente. La usabilidad y accesibilidad generales fueron calificadas como óptimas. La “funcionalidad general” obtuvo la media más baja, particularmente el ítem “complejidad”. Los dominios mejor valorados fueron “contenido e información”, “velocidad y desempeño” y “diseño y navegación”. La satisfacción fue de 78,6 %, con alta “confiabilidad de la información” e “intención de uso futuro”. El sitio web TeiA, según percepción de las personas participantes, presenta usabilidad, accesibilidad y aceptación satisfactorias, destacándose su contenido, navegación y desempeño. La funcionalidad general, la eficiencia del proceso de donación y la adecuación del contenido representan áreas de mejora. Futuros estudios deben incluir una muestra más diversa y metodologías cualitativas para profundizar en la comprensión de la experiencia de las y los usuarios.
